This is a wonderful area for walking and cycling, whether you are looking for an afternoon stroll or a challenging day out.
We are close to riverside walks, moorland and woodland and not far from well-known long distance routes including the South West Coast Path and the Two Moors Way. Both the Exe Valley Way and Sustrans long distance cycle route 3 from Padstow to Bath go through the village.
Drying facilities for wet footwear and clothes, as well as secure cycle storage are available at Weston House.
When planning a long day out we recommend you arrange an early walkers’ breakfast to get you off to a good start. Just talk to Peter about the options. We also have a selection of maps and walking guides available to borrow.
